Give your time, share your skills, and become part of something bigger than yourself.
Volunteering with us is more than giving time — it is a transformative experience that connects you with communities, builds your professional and personal skills, and contributes to real, measurable change.
Whether you are a student, a professional, a retiree, or simply someone who cares — there is a role for you. Our volunteers work across education, healthcare outreaches, community development, event support, photography, logistics, and more.
You don't need to be an expert. You need heart, commitment, and a willingness to serve.
We believe in being transparent so you can make the best decision for yourself.
All new volunteers attend a brief orientation session — in-person or virtual — to understand the Foundation's values, current programmes, and code of conduct.
Based on your skills, availability, and interest, you'll be matched to a suitable volunteer role — from fieldwork to admin, photography, health outreach, or teaching support.
Some roles involve travelling to communities and programme sites. Others can be done remotely. We communicate all requirements clearly before you commit.
You won't be left alone. Each volunteer is supervised by a team lead and supported throughout their engagement. We are always reachable via WhatsApp and phone.
You can volunteer for a single event, a month, or longer. We accommodate all schedules and always appreciate whatever time you can give.
All volunteers who complete their assignment receive an official Impala Foundation Certificate of Volunteering, which can be used for CVs and professional portfolios.
Assist with tutoring sessions, literacy clubs, mentorship programmes, and educational material distribution at partner institutions.
